Workshop 1:

Quick 'n' Dirty

Shake Awake

Immediately get participants moving with this fast-paced & vigorous fitness session.

Simple enough to follow along, yet challenging enough to invigorate the whole body.

Includes shaking, twisting, balancing, reaching, squatting, and aerobic movements.

Designed to open the body, increase range of movement, loosen the joints, alert the mind, elevate the heart rate and leave the participant with a post-workout body high.

Workshop 2:

Team Mobilization

Say goodbye to predictable and worn-out team-building exercises.

This dynamic & strenuous workshop stimulates both the mind and the body while promoting productive synergetic practices.

Exercises are performed in both small and large groups.

They require both collaboration and competition as participants solve physical puzzles and execute coordinated movements to complete given tasks.

Work hard, laugh hard, emerge victorious.

Workshop 3:

Champion's Quest

This half-day workshop is packed with activities that stimulate participants’ creativity, mobility & endurance. It encourages participants to push past mental, physical & creative limits.

The first half of this 2-part workshop consists of physical movement exercises that warm up the whole body and awaken the mind. The session continues by diving deeper into the physical movements, pushing forward with effort and elevating the heart rate. The movements grow in complexity and intensity, cumulating in a maximum-effort, limit-crushing blowout. Participants will ‘feel the burn!’ The participants follow along in a muscle-elongating stretch session and cool down.

The second half of the workshop uses the newly-generated physical energy to create and solve complex movement puzzles and tasks. Participants will work together in small groups to create patterns, develop their choices, apply feedback, and finally showcase their work to the other participants.
