As your healthcoach, I listen to your personal situation. We construct short-term and long-term goals. We then outline a specific plan for each goal.
I assist and guide you as you take action. I challenge you when you feel like slacking. I motivate you when you feel like giving up. I hold you accountable with progress check-ins. I help you maintain your habits in a safe and effective manner.

How do we collaborate?
First, reach out to me via email and let me know about your interest in collaborating with a health coach.
I'll ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire so I can understand your desires, questions, and current habits.
From there, we'll decide on the method of coaching that works for you.
Most plans include a free introductory meeting (~60 min) so we can establish solid grounding.
