Hello! Welcome to Luka Health Coach. I am Emily Lukasewski: dancer, athlete, mom of 2, and long-time vegan.
I support clients who want to eat more plant-based foods, get fit, and build better habits. I work hard to help you achieve and maintain your health & fitness goals.
In addition to my 20+ years of experience as a vegan, I hold a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies and eCornell.
I'm a lifelong athlete with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in dance and currently pursuing a certificate in personal training. I use my extensive knowledge about healthy movement to support & challenge my clients along their journey to fitness.
